Job summary

You will work under the guidance of senior program leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with clinical, regulatory, and business objectives, with exposure to international or cross-cultural teams and tools like Jira and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field required.
• Good understanding of project/program management principles.
• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program coordination required.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
• Understanding of medical device development processes and regulatory submissions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or life sciences environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams.
• Deliver data-driven health solutions in regulated environment.
• Work under guidance of senior program leaders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Program coordination & execution support.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
• Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular project status reports and governance materials.
• Document decisions, risks, and project updates.
• Identify potential risks and issues and escalate to leadership.
• Assist in tracking regulatory and clinical deliverables (e.g., documentation, validation activities).
• Follow established PMO processes and governance structures.
• Ensure data accuracy across tools and reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program tracking and reporting.
