Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional activities and track progress for population health projects in a regulated healthcare environment. You will work under senior program leaders to ensure on-time delivery that aligns with clinical, regulatory, and business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and experience with Jira/Smartsheet.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in project and/or program coordination.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good understanding of project/program management principles.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and execution of Population Health projects across multiple initiatives.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility into progress.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams including Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations.
Track action items, follow-ups, and deliverables across workstreams.
Translate project goals into structured plans and milestones.
Support quarterly and PI planning activities.
Maintain accurate status updates in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
Ensure dependencies and risks are documented and escalated appropriately.
