Job summary

Carat, part of dentsu, seeks a strategic “Client Whisperer” for a 4-month secondment with Heineken, based in Amsterdam. You’ll bridge all dentsu activities to ensure the transition lands in operation, aligning the new structure, ways of working and Martech delivery.

You’ll need to be strategic, yet hands-on, with the ability to map people, processes and technology changes to business outcomes, while keeping stakeholders aligned across the global dentsu network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across cultures and countries.
• Experience building operational best practices to improve governance and efficiency.
• Strong ability to articulate and sell strategic ideas to clients.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of key deliverables across the programme.
• Co-create solutions with the client to drive pioneering outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance standards.
• Oversee mobilisation of Carat and dentsu network to deliver excellence.
• Act as SME across dentsu’s product development, services and industry thinking.
• Develop roadmaps for applying relevant dentsu media products to key accounts.
• Foster relationships with global digital platforms and drive digital innovation.
