Zusammenfassung

MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. in Amsterdam is seeking an Analyst, Client & Business Support for a one-year fixed-term contract. You will support onboarding, account administration and client servicing for Japanese corporate customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
• Experience in banking, financial services or corporate services.
• Fluency in Japanese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with operational administration, process support, customer documentation and record maintenance.
• Experience in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Support customer onboarding, account opening, maintenance and closure in line with policies and regulations.
• Perform operational and administrative activities related to banking products and services.
• Maintain customer records and documentation to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to deliver banking services efficiently.
• Monitor processes to identify risks, issues or control weaknesses.
• Assist with management information, reports and performance data.
