MUFG offers a structured 18‑month Analyst Programme with three rotations across Global Corporate and Investment Banking. You will receive comprehensive training, learn from senior professionals, and build connections within a global financial group.

The program starts in July 2027, with rotations returning to Amsterdam after London onboarding. Ideal candidates are in their final year or recent graduates, possess a strong interest in financial markets, and demonstrate clear communication,

Global Corporate and Investment Banking covers two specialisms within our business – Global Corporate and Investment Banking Products. As a part of our rotational programme, you will have the opportunity to complete three rotations across three areas to help you decide which area you would like to specialise in.

Global Corporate and Investment Banking

Our coverage team is responsible for building strong client relationships to ensure we provide the best possible service. To do this, our coverage teams need to develop an in-depth understanding of a client’s business, their needs and how MUFG can best help them. On the Product side, we have a number of different teams, each of which specialises in a specific financing product such as Aviation, Commodity Finance, Corporate Advisory, Leveraged Finance, Project Finance and Securitisation.

Our 18‑month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role. As part of a select Analyst cohort, you’ll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme. Our collaborative culture encourages teamwork, while also creating opportunities for you to make your own impact. What we offer:

• Annual gross salary € 50.000 – 55.000
• Bonus under discretion of the Management Board (max 20% if your annual salary)
• 8% holiday allowance and 13th month payment
• 30 vacation days per year. Optional you can buy 15 additional days.
• Commuting allowance based on annual public transport 2nd class, most economical way, or € 0,23 per km with a max of 75km one way.
• €5,00 net remote working compensation per day, with a maximum of €60,00 per month.
• Possibility to order a mobile phone (up to €800,-)
• Possibility to order Office Equipment’s for the home office, (up to €500,-)
• Remote Working Policy i.e. Working From Home (WFH) and Remote Working in another Country.
• Bicycle plan (fiscal benefit)

• Mental health workshops and budget for external courses (i.e. Dutch language classes).
• Employee contribution towards Pension insurance (max 5%, currently 2%), our pension scheme is based on a defined contribution scheme.

Additional information

The programme starts on 19 July 2027 with a 5‑week entry training at EMEA headquarters in London. Following the entry training, analysts will return to Amsterdam to complete the rest of the programme and on‑desk rotations.
