Scooperz, a creator-first agency with offices in Amsterdam, Breda and Paris, seeks a Client Lead at its Breda HQ. You’ll manage a multi-client portfolio, drive long-term growth, and ensure high-quality, commercially healthy delivery across influencer marketing, social media and content production.

You’ll mentor the Social & Influencer team in Breda, guide senior client relationships, and collaborate with global offices to align priorities while staying hands-on and results-driven.

THE ROLE

As Client Lead at Scooperz HQ, you lead a multi-client portfolio and are responsible for their long-term success, stability, and commercial performance. You ensure that our work not only meets the highest quality standards, but also contributes to sustainable growth for both the client and the agency.

With a strong background in social media and/or influencer marketing, you guide clients at a senior level, shaping direction rather than simply responding to briefs, and ensure their marketing efforts are focused, future-proof, and results-driven. You proactively identify growth opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and create clarity in complex stakeholder environments.

You are responsible for managing the commercial performance of your accounts, including forecasting, profitability, and identifying and following up on growth opportunities. You translate long-term ambitions into actionable plans, challenge briefs where needed, and ensure scope, priorities, and expectations remain aligned.

You are also the one with your “boots on the ground” when it comes to execution. With strong project management skills, you ensure a smooth and structured delivery across all workstreams. You keep oversight, align teams, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain momentum and quality. At the same time, you are hands‑on when needed, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, step in, and make sure things get done.

In addition, you play a key role in guiding and mentoring the Social & Influencer team in Breda, a small and growing team, ensuring strong alignment with the wider organization. You create clarity, set priorities, and support the team in delivering their best work, while fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic. As a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you act as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to your team, closely collaborating with management. You bring structure, decisiveness, and perspective, knowing when to collaborate and when to take the lead.

SCOPE & PORTFOLIO

Clients / brands: a multi‑client portfolio, predominantly local heroes with a Dutch presence

Delivery: executed by the influencer & social expert teams; you coordinate priorities, planning and client communication across social media, influencer marketing and community management

Role: a hands‑on position where you are actively involved in the execution of projects, alongside coordinating and guiding the team

WHO ARE YOU

You bring 7+ years of experience within an agency

Work experience within the field of influencer marketing and/or social media is a must

You are experienced with leading accounts and strategic client relations

You are highly organized and structured

You are comfortable guiding and supporting teams, working closely with both internal as external teams

You are fluent in both English as Dutch
