Job summary

Ireckonu in Amsterdam is seeking a Data & BI Consultant to develop, maintain, and present data products, collaborating with clients to translate needs into dashboards.

You will work with data scientists, project managers, product and commercial teams to deliver reporting solutions, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.

A strong background in SQL, Power BI, and client-facing communication is required; Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with data and analytics.
• At least 2 years of hands-on PowerBI experience.
• Experience working directly with clients is essential.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and database experience.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Product mindset with ability to improve reporting products.
• Nice to have Python experience.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop, maintain, and improve PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Translate client and business requirements into clear reporting solutions.
• Meet regularly with clients to gather feedback on existing reports and understand changing needs.
• Think from a product perspective when evaluating reporting requests and identify opportunities to improve Data Products.
• Present findings and reporting solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing standardized reports and performance indicators to locate and resolve issues.
• Identify and define opportunities to improve existing processes, reports, and Data Products.
