You will be the key contact for clients, handling communication, CRM updates, and service requests while staying within compliance.

In this role you will schedule client calls, review portfolio context, guide users through the platform, and escalate any security or compliance issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication within the Assetara workspace.
• Concierge Support: Conduct scheduled client calls and assist with platform navigation while following compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, meet SLA requirements, and perform proactive outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes without exposing personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate issues per company rules.
