Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and guide them across the Brand.

You will welcome Clients, advise across product categories, build long-term relationships using Clienteling tools, and contribute to store sales and team goals.

Qualifications

• Passion for Louis Vuitton brand.
• Professional attitude and team spirit.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience.
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different Clienteling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
