Job summary

Fastned is seeking a Circularity Manager in Amsterdam to drive sustainable innovation across materials, supply chain, and methods within construction for our European markets. You will embed circular economy principles into products, processes, and partnerships, reducing CO₂ footprints and building transparent reporting systems.

You will work with engineers, architects, and suppliers to challenge the status quo and accelerate regenerative practices, shaping data-driven sustainability strategies

Qualifications

• Background in engineering, sustainability, materials science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability, circular economy, supply chain innovation, or product development.
• Experience working with sustainability reporting tools and data systems.
• Strong understanding of circular economy principles, life-cycle thinking, and carbon accounting.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading discussions at both technical and strategic levels.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive circular and sustainable initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Quantify the efforts and make them traceable with KPIs and supplier reporting.
• Develop a systematic approach on data collection, LCAs, and automated reporting.
