Job summary

Qualifications
- Academic university education (WO) completed.
- 4–7 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related senior roles; waste management/recycling experience required.
- Technical affinity and commercial insight.
- Analytical thinking with ability to structure arguments clearly.
- Precise, open-minded, and able to lead and delegate.
- Experience with financial modeling (Excel), presentations (PowerPoint) and storytelling.
- Strong English language skills (oral and written).
Responsibilities
- Take the lead for modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects.
- Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams.
- Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger.
- Contribute to Roland Berger’s knowledge development by capturing insights.
- Participate in office-wide projects to advance the firm’s thinking.
