Job summary

Impact Hub Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant, Circular Value Chains & Innovation to lead multi-stakeholder projects at the intersection of strategy, innovation and implementation. You will connect businesses, governments and knowledge institutions to turn sustainability ambitions into concrete actions.

The role focuses on developing circular value chain projects, international scouting and showcases, with about 7 years of relevant experience and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Around 7 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, innovation, circular economy, sustainability strategy, business development or comparable field.
• Experience developing and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects or programmes.
• Experience with circular value chains, sustainable supply chains, circular business models or related topics.
• Ability to formulate a clear point of view and constructively challenge organisations on their sustainability and innovation strategies.
• Entrepreneurial approach to work with ownership of results; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, develop and lead circular value chain projects connecting businesses, governments and knowledge institutions.
• Identify opportunities and barriers, translate into concrete project proposals, pilots and partnerships.
• Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions and strategic meetings; ensure active partner engagement.
• Curate concepts and programming for showcases focused on circular materials and innovations.
• Lead international innovation projects by scouting startups and translating insights into opportunities.
• Collaborate with international Impact Hubs to identify relevant innovations and translate insights into recommendations.
