Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Chinese-speaking E-commerce Business Project Intern for TikTok Shop in Amsterdam. This 12-week internship offers hands-on exposure to policy go-to-market, performance dashboards, and incentive management within a fast-paced commerce operations environment.

You will work on cross-functional projects, gain practical experience, and contribute to data-driven decision making while collaborating with account managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in excel data (pivot, formula).
• Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects effectively, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Experience working with large amounts of data and handling operational tasks with great attention to detail.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks for the rest of the year (5 days a week). Able to work at least 20 hours a week.
• Chinese proficiency is required to effectively collaborate with Chinese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Policy Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and rollout of new business policies and product features.
• Performance Tracking & Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards. Track key operational metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Reward & Incentive Management: Support end-to-end setup, configuration, and administration of client/merchant reward programs.
• Cross-functional Issue Resolution: Partner with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex client operational issues.
