BlueHeart Energy is seeking a Head of Development to lead the Development organization (R&D, ENG, ESC) and drive the technology roadmap from concept to industrialization. You will partner with CTO, oversee System Architect, Product Owners and senior engineers to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business goals.

You will shape organizational design, budgeting, and leadership development, while managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in complex product development environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience scaling engineering organizations in tech-driven companies.
