Job summary

Monks is seeking an executive leader to drive Media Transformation, defining operation strategy and scaling advisory capabilities. You will lead a 35+ multidisciplinary team, manage P&L, and set delivery standards across agile client engagements.

You will bridge strategy, ad tech, and AI tools to shape transformation services with senior client stakeholders, spanning staff augmentation, training, and advisory sprints. This role demands strategic literacy across GMP, DCO, and leading platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in media operations, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven track record leading teams (20+ people) across tech stack consulting, media strategy, DCO, or embedded client services.
• Experience partnering with in-house brand teams, deploying operating models, staff augmentation, and roadmaps.
• Strategic literacy across GMP, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, CM360, GA4, Meta Ads, and leading DCO platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools/readiness, measurement frameworks, and ad tech taxonomy.
• Experience embedding AI workflows or automation into daily delivery models.
• Strong ability to present change strategies to C-suite and partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose friction points in enterprise marketing and design targeted interventions (AI readiness, measurement maturity, DCO).
• Bridge tech, creative, and media to build in-house frameworks teams can run.
• Develop flexible client engagements—embedded staff augmentation, training, or advisory sprints.
• Lead with AI workflows and scalable tools to redefine delivery standards.
• Drive commercial growth, expand accounts, and articulate value in high-stakes pitches.
• Coach directors and multidisciplinary teams to build leadership depth and sustainable processes.
• Optimize resources and ensure health across accounts while balancing client impact.
