Job summary

KNDS is expanding its Amsterdam headquarters with a new, senior role overseeing the Group compliance framework. You will report to the CEO and maintain a dotted line to the General Counsel, providing independent oversight to the Board and Audit Committee.

You will collaborate with teams in France and Germany, translating requirements into robust group policies and timely insights to strengthen the compliance culture. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with group-level compliance frameworks, policies and reporting.
• Advising senior management, the Board, and the Audit Committee.
• Preferably experience in an international, industrial and regulated environment.
• Experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the Group compliance framework across the organization.
• Provide independent oversight and report to the Board and the Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with compliance teams in France and Germany and translate operations into group policies.
• Report findings and insights to strengthen compliance culture across the Group.

You will be responsible for further developing and overseeing the Group compliance framework, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the General Counsel. As compliance authority, you will provide independent oversight and reporting to the Board and the Audit Committee. You will work closely with the established compliance teams in France and Germany, translating operational realities into effective group-levelpolicies, reporting and insights. In doing so, you will strengthen a trusted compliance culture across the Group.

• proven experience with group-level compliance frameworks, policies and reporting

• preferably experience in an international, industrial and regulated environment
