Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a senior compliance leader to strengthen the control environment by turning competition and regulatory requirements into repeatable practices. The role focuses on anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, code of conduct and whistleblowing, reporting to the Director of Legal.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building and running compliance programmes integrated into day-to-day business processes.
• Proven ability to partner with the business and translate compliance into practical solutions.
• Experience across ABAC, sanctions, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, code of conduct and whistleblowing.

Responsibilities

• Lead ethics and compliance programme design and delivery across multiple domains.
• Act as a hands-on business partner integrating compliance into daily operations.
• Lead and develop a small compliance team and set priorities.
• Own third-party risk management including due diligence and sanctions screening.
• Run monitoring, issue triage, remediation tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Deliver training and advise stakeholders on practical implementation.
• Support investigations, audits and regulator-facing materials.
