Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Head of Compliance in Amsterdam. This hybrid, full-time role leads the enterprise compliance function, ensuring robust ABC, AML, sanctions, antitrust, and governance standards across markets.

You will architect and roll out a global compliance program, perform risk assessments, manage whistleblower channels, and oversee investigations with remedial actions as needed. The package includes executive bonus and equity/LTIP.

• Architect, implement, and oversee the global corporate compliance and ethics program across all operating markets.
• Conduct enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and establish policies addressing anti-bribery/corruption (ABC), AML, sanctions, and antitrust.
• Oversee global whistleblower channels, supervising sensitive internal investigations and instituting remedial action plans.
