Job summary

Engaige, Utrecht-based, is seeking a senior product leader to own our live product with paying customers and a weekly-updated roadmap. You will write specs, shape the interface, and ship features with the engineering team, while guiding product direction and the go-to-market calendar.

You will collaborate closely with management, ship end-to-end, and own the product function as we grow in the AI-driven e-commerce space.

Qualifications

• You have built and shipped software yourself, as an engineer, technical founder, or engineering leader.
• You have shipped LLM-powered products, and can talk concretely about agent architectures, policy design, evals, and how these systems fail
• 6+ years in product/engineering in B2B SaaS or AI
• Real product taste, and the spine to push back when something doesn't feel right
• Extreme speed and clarity. You would rather ship and learn than wait to be certain

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap
• Make 90% resolution frictionless
• Take Engaige beyond support (sales assistance, retention, proactive service)
• Work daily with engineering on agent behaviour
• Turn signal into decisions (read, call it, stay ahead)
• Ship end to end: discovery, spec, build, rollout, iteration and launch post
