Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support your kitchen section and uphold high standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and organization. You'll assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, step into designated sections when needed, and help mentor junior kitchen staff while minimizing waste.

• Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to established standards.
• Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section when required.
