Job summary

Philips offers a full-time hybrid internship in Change Management based in Amsterdam. You will join the Strategy and Transformation team, supporting a major transformational program across departments and functions within the Integrated Supply Chain of Personal Health.

The role emphasizes planning, training, and stakeholder engagement for a successful adoption. You must be a Master’s level student enrolled for the entire duration, with strong communication skills and the ability to draft

Qualifications

• Master’s level student in Change Management, Supply chain, Economics and/or Business Administration, enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.
• Strong initiative, ability to drive tasks forward.
• Familiar with communication strategies and drafting messages that are clear and engaging.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently and work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Draft and design internal communication materials aligned with strategic objectives.
• Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and change events.
• Coordinate logistics for communication and training activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
• Maintain documentation and track progress of initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance stakeholder engagement and message effectiveness.
• Support KPI tracking for change management activities.
