Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU is offering an internship in Transformation Programs within Personal Health ISC in Amsterdam. The role is 6 months, 40 hours per week (minimum 32h), and starts as soon as possible. The position is an internship (non-thesis) with monthly allowances and relocation/travel benefits where applicable.

You will assist program leaders, coordinate activities, track KPIs, prepare docs, and support meetings and process improvements in a collaborative, office-based setting.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing a Master in Supply Chain, Data Science, International Business or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience.
• Strong analytical skills with detail orientation and structure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist program leaders with coordinating project activities and tracking progress.
• Support preparation and updating of project documentation and reports.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events.
• Contribute to process improvement strategies.
• Perform research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for information gathering.
• Assist in using and managing project management tools.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
