HE Space in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, seeks a change management professional to provide secretariat services and change impact assessments for EuroQCI activities within the Service team. You'll support the Engineering Board and PCCB, preparing agendas, organizing dates, distributing documents, and producing Minutes of Meeting, tracking actions and decisions.

Requirements include a Master’s in Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in project or change management, and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Master's in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or change management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide secretariat support to EuroQCI activities.
• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas; organize meeting dates and logistics.
• Collect, consolidate input documentation and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Track actions and decisions and perform change impact analyses (programmatic and technical).
