HENSOLDT Netherlands is seeking a Quality and Configuration Manager to establish and develop the QMS and delivery model, aligning with ISO 9001 and AQAP while delivering hands-on quality assurance across active NLD project work.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager and collaborate with the General Manager, the ILS Manager, and external auditors; you will lead CM activities, ensure lifecycle QA, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of QMS and AQAP in defence projects.
• Experience establishing QMS in small or growing organisations.
• Experience in configuration management within complex delivery environments.
• Familiarity with CM standards (EIA-649, DEF STAN 05-57, NATO).
• Auditing, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Dutch and English business fluency; security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and develop the HENSOLDT Netherlands QMS per ISO 9001/AQAP requirements.
• Coordinate delivery-model quality framework, governance, and processes.
• Prepare quality KPI reports and present to the General Manager.
• Support internal audits and external/customer audits.
• Lead and manage the Configuration Management Plan and CICSA processes.
• Control project documentation baseline and change decisions; support supplier/customer audits.
