Lenovo in the Netherlands is seeking a CFS Operations Manager to lead the Netherlands Configuration Fulfillment Services operation and drive efficiency, governance, and customer outcomes. This on-site role will collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Supply Chain, IT and Logistics to enable scalable processes and lifecycle services.

Based in Venray, you will align global CFS practices, manage risk, and provide executive-ready updates on project status and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, service delivery, supply chain, or fulfillment environments.
• Experience managing operational processes within configuration services, logistics, or end-to-end service delivery.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Delivery, Supply Chain, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance structures, operational cadences, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
• Demonstrated success implementing process controls and improvements.
• Working knowledge of CFS-related services such as Autopilot deployment, VPN-based staging, BIOS customization, device labeling, asset management, lifecycle returns, and data erasure.
• Proven ability to leverage data, metrics, and insights to drive transformation.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily execution and continuous improvement of Netherlands CFS operation, optimizing capacity and throughput.
• Design and implement process controls to reduce errors and improve delivery reliability.
• Establish governance for risk management, issue resolution, escalations, and KPI reporting.
• Ensure readiness to expand lifecycle services: kitting, config, repair coordination, asset management, data erasure.
• Oversee customer-owned inventory management: stock accuracy, returns, visibility, control.
• Own EMEA CFS/ITC project intake governance: validate requirements and flows, coordinate with ITC, SMO, logistics.
• Lead FAT, support rollout schedules and shipment coordination; provide executive status updates.
• Define handovers between project teams, CFS, and 3PL partners; align with global GICS and CFS teams.
