Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Specialist, QC Analytical, Cell Therapy to support in-process, final product and stability testing, and to review data and GMP documentation.

The role includes method transfer/validation, troubleshooting, CAPA, and training others on QC methods such as flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA, and HPLC/UPLC, with two weekends per month work requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, preferably in science.
• 4+ years of relevant analytical testing or QC experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated cell and molecular biology techniques (cell-based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA).

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with minimal guidance.
• Data verification and review of GMP documentation for general and complex methods.
• Document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks.
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods (Flow cytometry, PCR, Cell based assays and HPLC/UPLC).
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
