Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Specialist for QC Analytical, Cell Therapy, based in Leiden. You will support in-process, final product, and stability testing, perform method transfer/validation, and contribute to data review and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science required.
• 4+ years of analytical testing or QC experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with cell/molecular biology techniques (flow cytometry, qPCR, ELISA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform method transfer/validation and routine testing of in-process, final product, and stability samples.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Data verification and GMP documentation review.
• Document revision, project work, CAPA and deviation/investigation tasks.
• Train and mentor others on QC test methods (Flow cytometry, PCR, cell-based assays and HPLC/UPLC).
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
