Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Specialist QC Microbiology to support in-process, final product and stability testing at our Leiden site. You will also assist with environmental monitoring and data review within a GMP framework.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science, 2+ years of microbiological testing experience, and familiarity with LIMS/ELN. You will train analysts and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science; NL MLO level4.
• 2+ years microbiological testing or QC experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with microbiological techniques.
• Ability to interpret and apply cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
• Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
• May perform testing for method transfer/verification/validation.
• Perform data verification, data review and review of GMP documentation for general methods.
• May perform document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/investigation related tasks and/or continuous improvement efforts.
• Train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
