Job summary

Real Geleen is seeking a Cell Therapy Specialist to help manufacture the next generation of cell therapies in a GMP cleanroom. This hands-on role focuses on media preparation, cell expansion, harvesting, and strict aseptic practices to ensure quality.

You will collaborate with QA, QC and MSAT teams, document production activities, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting shift work (evenings and weekends). English communication required.

Qualifications

• Completed laboratory training, vocational education, or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience working in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Hands‑on experience working with mammalian cells.
• Practical experience with aseptic manufacturing or aseptic processing.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• The ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting.
• Work in a GMP cleanroom environment while strictly following aseptic techniques.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and report deviations to support compliance and product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and MSAT teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.
