Job summary

Progressive seeks a Biotech Associate (Cell Therapy Manufacturing) for its South-East Netherlands site. You will contribute to producing life-changing cell therapies in a GMP manufacturing environment, performing cell culture and aseptic processes, and maintaining precise batch records.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Biotechnology or Life Sciences, 2+ years in GMP cleanrooms, and fluent English. Shifts include rotating schedules with a 31.3% shift allowance, with a move to a 5-shift model

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GMP cleanroom experience.
• Experience with cell culture or tissue culture.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing processes including media prep, cell expansion and harvesting.
• Work in a cleanroom using aseptic techniques.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
• Identify deviations and support quality standards.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC and MSAT teams.
