Job summary

SThree is seeking a Biotech Associate to join its GMP manufacturing team in Limburg, NL. The role involves producing cell therapy products in a regulated cleanroom, performing media prep, cell expansion, and harvests, and ensuring accurate documentation.

The successful candidate will have a laboratory degree in biotechnology or life sciences and at least 1 year in an industrial GMP cleanroom, with experience in cell culture or aseptic manufacturing. Evening/night/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Laboratory education or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial GMP cleanroom environment.
• Experience with cell culture, tissue culture, or aseptic manufacturing.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities according to GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing processes including media preparation, cell expansion, and harvesting.
• Work in a cleanroom environment using strict aseptic techniques.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and report deviations while maintaining high quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and MSAT teams.
