Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Cell Therapy Associate to join an international biopharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will work in a GMP cleanroom, culture cells, prepare media, and document production activities, contributing to life-changing therapies.

The role requires a degree in biology/Life Sciences, 2+ years GMP cleanroom experience, strong English communication, and flexibility for a 6-shift schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performing manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom while following aseptic techniques
• Culturing cells and tissues according to GMP standards
• Preparing media, expanding cells, and performing harvesting activities
• Completing production and batch documentation accurately
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting deviations to maintain product quality
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department
• Working in a 6-shift rotation, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Education

MBO/HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
