Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Cell Therapy Associate to contribute to GMP manufacturing of cell therapies in an international facility. You will perform manufacturing activities in a GMP cleanroom, culture cells, prepare media, document batches, and report deviations.

The role follows a 6-shift rotation and requires an MBO/HBO in biology or life sciences, at least 2 years in a GMP environment, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Required MBO/HBO degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a GMP cleanroom environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €3,000 - €4,000 gross per month, based on experience, plus 27% shift allowance
• Contract: Initial 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment
