Role Description

As the Lab Technician (Cell Therapy), you will contribute to clinical product manufacturing by following batch records and SOPs, collaborating on GMP runs, developing procedures and records, and troubleshooting processing and equipment issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks for clinical product manufacturing following batch records and SOPs.
• Collaborate with a small team to perform GMP runs, coordinating with Process Development and Quality.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures, batch records, deviations, and change controls.
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting of processing and equipment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Any MBO, HBO, or Bachelor's degree.
• Some experience in a GMP setting.
• Willingness to work in shifts (morning and evening, no night shifts).
• Familiarity with working in sterile environments.
