Job summary

TreeHouse NL is seeking a Digital Data Specialist to own the Tealium CDP, oversee data architecture and data quality, and drive the technical roadmap. You will partner with Analytics, Website, CRO teams and translate stakeholder ambitions into precise tracking and data infrastructure.

You will design server-side and client-side tagging, define measurement plans for new features, and collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to turn tracking into actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with Customer Data Platforms (i.e. Tealium, Adobe, Segment, etc) is a requirement.
• Strong communication and ability to lead conversations with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Tech).
• Owns the tech stack with responsibility and ownership.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and transition to Server-Side tracking.
• Strong CDP architecture knowledge and use for personalization/retention.
• Experience enabling A/B testing programs and CRO workflows.

Responsibilities

• Tealium Ownership: lead the entire Tealium environment (CDP) and data integration.
• Stakeholder Management: advise on feasibility and ensure tagging needs are met in dev processes.
• CDP Innovation: drive data activation for personalized experiences.
• Lead in Tagging & Events: design complex tagging structures (Client- and Server-Side).
• Collaboration: align technical vision with Analytics Lead and work with Data Engineers/Analysts to turn tracking into insights.
