Job summary

REV'IT! is seeking a Category Manager in Oss, The Netherlands. You will shape the thinking behind product decisions by analyzing performance, market developments, and cross-team insights to define the direction of the collection.

This role collaborates with product, sales, marketing and supply chain, influencing multi-year proposals and revenue forecasting. A Bachelor or Master degree and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or product management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Experience in a data-driven or commercial role, such as category management, merchandising, or consulting.

Responsibilities

Own and refine the REV’IT! collection roadmap across multiple seasons.
Analyze product performance and identify lifecycle stages and successor needs.
Determine which products should be continued, improved, or removed.
Gather and structure insights from product, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Analyze competitor collections to identify opportunities and gaps.
Investigate the collection from different rider type perspectives.
Prepare multi-year proposals for senior leadership.
Support revenue forecasting through multi-season projections.
Translate proposals into clear briefings for product design and development teams.
