Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Cash Manager in the Netherlands to ensure accurate cash management processes and lead efficiency improvements. You will drive the financial integration of acquisitions and act as the primary contact for banks during Cash Management, collaborating across AP and Financial Control.

The role requires 2+ years of cash management experience, a finance degree, and strong Excel skills. We offer a hybrid work model with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Open and close bank accounts end-to-end and manage M&A entity integration.
• Serve as the operational contact for banks and bank accesses.
• Be the go-to person for cash management questions internally and externally.
• Own KYC coordination as the single responsible owner.
• Maintain cash management contracts (SDD, bank charges, cash pooling).
• Optimize and maintain cash management tools and payment processes.
• Provide information during audits and handle ad-hoc cash management questions.

This Is What Your Role Looks Like

As our Cash Manager, you play a key role in the accuracy of our cash management processes and in driving efficiency improvements. You'll be closely involved in the financial integration of new acquisitions, and as part of that you'll act as the point of contact for our banks for Cash Management. You work closely with various financial departments, such as Accounts Payable and Financial Control, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Your Responsibilities

• Open and close bank accounts end-to-end, and act as the internal point of contact for M&A entity integration.
