Job summary

Basic-Fit is seeking a Cash Manager to ensure accurate cash management processes and drive efficiency improvements. You will act as the primary contact with banks and collaborate across Accounts Payable and Financial Control. This role requires proactive, self-sufficient professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment.

You will manage bank access, KYC ownership, and cash management contracts while optimizing tools and payment processes. A strong Excel skillset and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cash management experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with a TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close bank accounts end-to-end.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for all banks and bank accesses.
• Act as the go-to person for cash management questions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Own KYC coordination as the single responsible owner.
• Maintain Cash Management contracts (SDD, bank charges, cash pooling).
• Optimize and maintain cash management tools and payment processes.
• Provide information during audits and handle ad-hoc cash management questions.
