Job summary

Healy Hunt is assisting an international bank in Amsterdam to recruit an Associate Director/Director level Cash Management sales banker. The role focuses on taking revenue ownership for a corporate portfolio and delivering consultative cash management solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years (7–10 preferred) in advisory roles within financial services, strong relationship-building skills, and fluency in Dutch and English (German/French a plus). Proficiency in MS Office tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
• 3–5 years (min, ideally 7–10) in a similar advisory or client-facing role in financial services.
• Fluency in Dutch and English preferred; German/French also of interest.

My Client, an International bank, seeks a circa Associate Director/Director level Cash Management sales banker to join their Trade & Cash Management front office team in Amsterdam.

The role will involve :

• Take full revenue responsibility for an assigned corporate client portfolio.
• Deliver independent, consultative advice on cash management, payments, and liquidity structures.
• Prioritize clients based on strategic relevance and growth opportunities.
• Address client-specific needs while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Create custom solutions for tenders, international payments, and treasury needs.
• Track market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with trade finance colleagues, relationship managers, and product experts.

Candidate Profile :

• Completed Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing Master’s) in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
• 3–5 years (minimum, ideally 7-10) of experience in a similar advisory or client-facing role in financial services.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and great communication skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred, but not a prerequisite; German and/or French would also be of interest.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
