Job summary

Carter Wahlberg in Amsterdam seeks a junior investment banking analyst to work on M&A transactions from pitch to execution, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.

You will support financial analysis, valuation work, and deal process management, prepare client presentations, and gain broad advisory exposure by working closely with senior team members.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or related transactional role.
• Strong analytical skills and solid Excel and PowerPoint ability.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in transport, logistics and infrastructure sectors.
