Job description

Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the frontline for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with five main operational centers in Amsterdam, Dublin, Oslo, Milan and Paris. It composes major operational functions such as Member Access & Clients Services, Markets Operations & surveillance, Issuers Services Operations and Regulatory Reporting plus two transversal teams. The role is to act as the main point of contact for issuers and manage corporate actions and listings across various asset classes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for issuers, agents and legal advisors.
  • Analyze and structure corporate actions ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility.
  • Advise issuers on optimal execution frameworks.
  • Review and interpret legal and transaction documentation.
  • Coordinate listing processes across multiple asset classes (equities, equity‑linked instruments, bonds, ETFs, warrants and structured products).
  • Ensure seamless interaction with post‑trade infrastructures such as Euronext Clearing, Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Euroclear.
  • Draft, validate and publish official Euronext market notices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of corporate action information.
  • Provide clear guidance to market participants and support stakeholders through presentations and clarifications.
  • Maintain and update instrument data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the reliability of Euronext’s instrument referential.
  • Support process optimisation and harmonisation across markets.
  • Participate actively in digitalisation initiatives and high‑impact transformation projects.
  • Promote standardisation and scalability of operations.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial markets, exchanges or post‑trade environments.
  • Experience in client‑facing roles.
  • Corporate actions or listing experience is a strong advantage.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and good knowledge of cash products and instruments.
  • Familiarity with the corporate actions lifecycle is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented and pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • High level of autonomy and accountability.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus.

This is a fixed‑term position for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Fluency in French, English and Dutch is required.
