Job summary

Boston Consulting Group’s LAB Career Services team provides internal career coaching and strategic outplacement to employees and alumni across London, Amsterdam, and Brussels. In this role, you’ll guide colleagues on career goals, assess strengths, and prepare transitions, delivering confidential coaching and actionable plans.

You’ll also own reporting on key outcomes, analyze attrition trends, and collaborate with cross-region partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in career services, HR, or recruiting.
• Coaching qualification with proven application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and/or Dutch labour market.
• Experience managing projects and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Career Coaching: support employees across levels to explore strengths and career goals.
• Reporting & operations: own reporting on key outcome metrics related to coaching and outplacements to demonstrate program impact.
• Job Search / Market Support: maintain knowledge of the external job market and assist with CV, cover letter, and interview prep.
