There are five steps in the application process. Please read the following instructions carefully and make sure you submit the correct documents on time. The interviews take place in a hybrid format. Which means you have both virtual and interviews face to face at the Amsterdam office.

The Online Assessment Environment consist of avirtual reasoning testin which you interpret graphs, draw quantitative conclusions based on available information and make calculations.

Step 3: First Round Interviews

The First Round Consists Of Two Interviews

Step 4: Final Round Interviews

The Final Round Consists Of Four Interviews

• Apersonality-based interviewwith a recruiter (45 min)
• Twowcase interviews(60 min)
• Awritten case(2,5h)
