Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK employment practices.
• Experience advising leaders on employee relations, performance, and change.
• Ability to structure HR projects and manage timelines.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Discreet and structured approach to sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to leaders, people managers, and employees.
• Manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
• Apply UK employment practices to local HR decisions and policies.
• Translate global/ regional HR approaches into local plans.
• Lead local and global HR projects from start to finish with clear deliverables.
• Coordinate across HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and Centers of Excellence.
• Build trusted relationships with senior partners and global HR colleagues.
• Mentor and support junior HR colleagues.
