Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or construction science.
• 2+ years of experience on major capital projects in a project management or project controls role.
• Background in consulting, strategy and/or research is a plus.
• Modeling capability using Excel and experience managing large datasets with databases.
• Distinctive analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve pressing and complex issues at clients with analytical tools.
• Develop and enhance proprietary tools, benchmarking databases and market perspectives.
• Participate in client engagements and present results to client management.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for large-scale capital projects.
• Contribute to McKinsey's industry knowledge with up-to-date analyses.
