Job summary

ADM Europoort in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to lead CAPEX projects aimed at modernizing production processes. You will oversee planning, risk management, execution, and documentation for commissioning and training, coordinating with contractors, third-party engineers and procurement.

Strong leadership and five-plus years in food/feed project PM are required, with English essential and Dutch a bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering; master's preferred.
5+ years in project management, food/feed industry experience.
Certifications PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timeline, budget and resources.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
Monitor progress and adjust to ensure timely, successful completion.
Ensure documentation for commissioning, training and maintenance with planners.
Lead and mentor project team; coordinate with contractors, third-party engineering, procurement and process technology engineers.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on status, risks and issues; manage meetings and reporting.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
