Job summary

ADM Europoort in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager in the CAPEX Centre of Excellence to oversee projects aimed at updating and modernizing production processes. You will drive technical innovations and quality improvements guided by SHEQ, internal best practices, and supplier advances.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and timeline, and ensure documentation for commissioning, training, and maintenance. Fluency in English is required; Dutch language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering (Master's preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in food/feed industry or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with scope, timeline, budget and resources.
• Lead and mentor project team members.
• Coordinate with contractors, third party engineering, procurement and process technology engineers.
• Ensure documentation for commissioning, training and maintenance and obtain necessary approvals.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
