Job summary

Jump Trading in Amsterdam is seeking a graduate to join our trading-infrastructure team. You will work on Linux-based systems, Python tooling, and low-latency networking across global data centres, ensuring high availability and low latency for our trading platform.

You will troubleshoot incidents, automate processes, and contribute to the design and optimisation of our network and infrastructure. Collaboration with trading and risk teams is essential to manage operational risk.

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical background.
• Linux or UNIX experience, including shell scripting.
• Practical Python knowledge.
• Understanding of routing, multicast, Ethernet, and related networking concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication under pressure.
• Reliable and predictable availability.
