Albert Bow Limited is seeking a senior engineer to take technical ownership of core trading systems in Amsterdam, onsite with relocation provided. You will own positions, PnL, instruments, hedging, and real-time data flows, while leading venue integrations end to end and building self-healing, high-performance infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in correctness-critical production systems, strong Rust/Python skills, and experience with distributed or low-latency systems, PostgreSQL,

About The Company

Our client is a fast-growing algorithmic trading firm trading digital asset derivatives and spot globally, and expanding into new markets. They’re scaling their engineering team and looking for a senior engineer to take technical ownership of their core trading systems.

The Role

You’ll own the systems that keep the trading operation correct at every level: positions, PnL, instruments, hedging and the real-time data flowing between them. You’ll lead venue integrations end to end, own the gamma and delta hedging infrastructure, build self-healing systems that catch and fix discrepancies, and set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating correctness-critical production systems.
• Strong Rust and Python skills.
• Experience building low-latency, high-throughput or distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Grafana.
• Able to design and own new components from first principles.

Nice to Have

• Background in trading, fintech or another correctness-critical domain.
• Exchange or prime broker integration experience.
• Experience with hedging, PnL or position systems.
