Job summary

Bain & Company, located in Amsterdam, is looking for a Campus Recruiter responsible for hiring junior consultants and interns across the Netherlands. You will lead recruiting initiatives at top universities and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and up to 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields. Strong Dutch and English communication skills are essential. Bain offers excellent benefits including health insurance, paid vacation days, and a vibrant social culture.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, event management, brand management, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize and manage recruiting events.
• Build relationships with university career services and student organizations.
